Jesus supposedly said that he is bread of life but scientific advances in production equipment, storage , refrigeration, packaging, transportation, fertilizers, genetic modifications, etc more people have access to food now than ever before. Compare this to Jesus deciding to feed a few thousand people on a couple occasions.
Jesus supposedly said he is the light of the world but science gave us the knowledge to utilize all kinds of energy sources to literally light up the world and power our cities and homes. Science has given us a sophisticated and accurate knowledge of how the world works and how we got here. Compare that to Jesus who told a few parables and quoted old mythological stories about a garden of Eden and great flood.
Jesus supposedly said he was the way the truth and the life but it is science that had taught us the truth about the world and science that had given us knowledge to save and extend people's lives. Did Jesus teach us open heart surgery? Did Jesus give us AEDs? Did Jesus tell us about germs and vaccines?
